2. Fruit and Veggie Challenge:  record all the fruit and vegetables that you eat this week on the back of your Physical Activity Challenge sheet. Your goal is to eat 8 fruits and vegetables per day: think green, think leafy, and think variety.  Limit juice intake and drink pure juice without added sugar!

Jan. 5 Homework
